E has a lively mind

He so wishes to be informed and loves telling me stories and singing to me or in accompaniment to his brother's guitar practicing. He is very loud and incessantly asks the question "why?" and "why not?!" and is pleased with all things new or made new (by bringing old things out again as if they are new). So, these days, E and I spend much time reading together which then leads to some spontaneous drawing on his part. We are speedily making little E authored and illustrated books. This picture above is about a robot climbing mountains. :-) His behavior is definitely fluid as he can go through so many activities in one homepreschool day! His one book typically started with some wind blowing which caused the cloud to blow away too. Then he saw an egg which turned from a teeny tiny egg into a gigantic one. Then he saw a rock, a rectangle like a flag and then a circle and a rectangle again. Then from a circle it became Earth, moon, rocketship to outerspace, planets, mountains, trees, etc. All this within 5 mins complete with illustration. LOL! Definitely keeps me on my toes and today, he unplugged the Christmas tree lights as according to him, Christmas is not here yet! That was his spontaneous conclusion and he made a definite decision. That's what makes him so lovable.....he's growing up and growing wings.......so fast. I miss him already but love him for who he is and is becoming. My Big Little E.
