I know this is a wee bit late as we are already into 2009 but if you are anything like me, in my situation.......... I haven't got a planner yet and then found this! All you need is some scrap paper, a printer, some cardboard from the recycling bin, and a few tools. GreenUpgrader even gives you some downloadable PDF week and month pages.Here are all the instructions.
